Nearly half of those surveyed described their stress as “high” or “very high,” pointing to unrelenting admin, tight deadlines, and the constant juggle between client care and compliance demands.

As someone who’s worked alongside brokers for years, I’ve seen first-hand how much dedication this job demands. The long hours, the endless paperwork, the pressure to keep every client happy. It’s rewarding work - but it’s also easy to lose sight of yourself in the process.
